Flange Installation Kits
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Flange installation kits electrically isolate bolted flange connections to break galvanic cells and protect cathodic protection systems. Each kit is supplied complete with the gasket, sleeves and washers matched to the flange, for both normal and high-temperature service.

Gland Packing
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Compression packing for pumps, valves and rotating equipment, supplied as braided or die-formed rings and in continuous lengths. Available across a full range of graphite, PTFE, synthetic fibre and blended constructions to match the medium, pressure and shaft speed.

Spiral Wound Gaskets
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Spiral wound gaskets combine alternating windings of preformed metal strip and soft filler to seal reliably under high pressure, high temperature and thermal cycling. Manufactured in-house as per standards & custom design.

Non-Asbestos CNAF Cut Gaskets
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Sheet gaskets cut from compressed non-asbestos fibre and related materials for general flange and equipment sealing. Cut in-house to the customer's flange or drawing, in non-asbestos, graphite, PTFE, rubber and PTFE-envelope constructions.

Kamprofile Gaskets
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Kamprofile gaskets use a serrated solid metal core faced with a soft sealing layer, giving a tight seal at low bolt load and excellent resistance to blow-out. The metal core can be re-faced and reused, which makes them a strong choice for heat exchangers and frequently opened joints.

Double Jacketed Gaskets
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
A soft filler encapsulated by a metal jacket and insert, designed for high-temperature and high-pressure service. Double jacketed gaskets seal across large or irregular faces where a solid metal gasket would demand too much bolt load, and are manufactured to standard flange dimensions and to custom shapes for heat exchanger and vessel applications.

Ring Joint Gaskets (RTJ)
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Solid metal ring-type joint gaskets seal by controlled plastic deformation into a machined flange groove, making them the standard choice for the highest-integrity connections in oil and gas service. Manufactured in R, RX and BX profiles, in soft iron, low carbon and stainless grades.

Graphite Moulded Ring Gaskets
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Moulded flexible graphite rings for high-temperature service where a die-cut sheet gasket cannot deliver the density or profile required. Manufactured entirely to customer design, in any shape with metal insert or without.

Plug Gaskets
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Metal plug gaskets machined to fully customised designs for specialist sealing positions. Produced in soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel and exotic alloys to suit the medium and service temperature.

Rubber Gaskets with Steel Insert & O-Rings
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Elastomer gaskets reinforced with a steel insert for dimensional stability under bolt load, made to the customer's dimensions. Matched O-rings are manufactured alongside them so the complete sealing set comes from one source.

Corrugated Metal Gaskets
Manufactured as per standards & custom design
Corrugated gaskets are a highly versatile family of products, available in a wide range of configurations and suited to a wide range of applications. The concentric corrugations concentrate the bolt load into a series of narrow sealing lines, so the gasket seals at lower load than a flat metal gasket; for improved sealing performance the core can be partially or completely covered with a soft layer.
